Honored ContributorThe Cyclone II page clearly states that Quartus II supports it, so I went and bought this board (http://uk.farnell.com/altera/dk-cycii-2c20n/cyclone-ii-ep2c20n-fpga-dev-kit/dp/1560812) but now I've d/l'ed Quartus (Web Edition) and it doesn't list Cyclone II in the device list. Help!

The Quartus II software version 13.1 supports the following device families: all Cyclone III, Cyclone IV, MAX II, and MAX V devices; select Arria II and Cyclone V devices. If you go to https://www.altera.com/download/sw/dnl-sw-index.jsp and scroll down to the "Software Selector," click "Select by Device" and pick "Cyclone II." This will direct you to QuartusII 13.0 SP1, which is the last version of QII to support Cyclone II. Cheers, Adrian
