Cyclone 10 LP FPGA - Programming Winbond W25Q16DV configuration device

Question

Hi,
In our design we are using a Winbond W25Q16DV as configuration device for the Cyclone 10 LP FPGA. Unfortunately, we are not able to program it via the programmer.
The configuration device is not support by default. We tried to manually update the configuration but still fail to program the configuration device.
Is there a description of the required  configuration available.
