Cyclone - and QuartusII 13

It looks like Cyclone and Cyclone II were phased on in Quartus II v13.1. All versions prior to that should support the Cyclone family, including 13.0 SP1. I have 13.0 sp1 installed and can confirm that the Cyclone family is supported. If you go into the Assignments -> Device menu you can select Cyclone as Device Family.
