CvP for multiple pcie cards

Hello! I use 2 Board Terasic DE-5 Net in one system on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. The boards use the same project. How can I update the core image using CVP? I run quartus_cvp with parameters vid and did. Quartus Programmer finds 2 cards and then crashes. What is the problem?
