Custom Platform for altera stratix V GX dev. kit board

Hello, Does anyone have a (or have a link) Custom Platform project for the "Stratix V GX FPGA Development Kit 5SGXEA7K2F40C2N" ?? ... I see thrird party companies offer the Custom Platform but ...

The s5_net design is for proce v-stratix v platform ... there is a porting guide but porting means develop several things ... that is why I would a stratix v gx fpga development kit
