3 years agocreated new license in self service but have not received
Via the self service licensing center, I modified a MAC address associated with a license and then generated a new license following instructions issued from intel. the license creation indicated success at the time and the new license file should be emailed but I haven't seen the new license (nor have i seen it flagged by exchange).
any thoughts as to why i've not received it.
