Now I have to address another question toward Community: where can I find the ByteBlasterMV drivers to actvate the parallel port (Win XP) for programing devices via JTAG. I tried everywhere on Altere support site but I canoot find it. Is anybody that have some experience with or could help me?

They're usually in the quartus/drivers folder. It looks like this page has setup details.
