control library name in QIP file

My experience with .qip files is that if you create .qip files for your own IP, then you can control the library name. If Qsys auto-generates the library name, then unfortunately it names the library after the first instance name. I made these comments in this thread/document:

Perhaps file a Service Request with Altera and ask them for their advice?
