I have downloaded Quartus 17.0.0.595 and had a number of issues with installing into Ubuntu 22.04, where extra system files that are required to get this older version working. Once I got this application up and running, I could not get the JTAG programmer working, as I needed create /etc/udev/rules.d/51-altera-usb-blaster.rule after a whole day's work, I now need to work out how to upgrade from Quartus 17.0.0.595 to Quartus 17.0.2. What are the next the steps?
