Case#: 04416002 Unable to download Quatus2 v11.0sp1 web edition (for windows) to use Cyclone.

Quatus2 v11.0sp1 web edition (for windows) is the highest edition to be able to use Cyclone. But, unable to download it from https://www.intel.com/content/www/jp/ja/programmable/downloads/softwa...

    But, lower messages are displayed.

    Sorry! Proper authorization is required for this area.. "

    So, still unable to download Quatus2 v11.0sp1.

    By the way, my area is Japan.
