Can't run intel Platform design studio at my computer.

Question

install setup
OS: WIN101. Download iPDS from RDC, doc number is 627345.2. Follow iPDS install guild, download Python 3.10.5, first.3. Use CMD "python-3.10.5-amd64.exe InstallAllUsers=1 SimpleInstall=1 Include_launcher=0 Include_pip=1 Include_tcltk=1" to install Python.4. Due to iPDS version is partial, so instal TDT &amp; PTAT.5. Install iPDS(Intel(R) Platform Design Studio - Platform ADL-P (Partial) rev 2.0.0).
6. No install log at iPDS file.But the install time for iPDS just take a few seconds. Final the tool can't run normal.
Please help to confirm the setup process then give your advise.

I think you're in the wrong forum.  Quartus has a tool called "Platform Designer", but I think you're referring to something else non-FPGA related.
