New Contributorcan't RTL simulation by error
When I try to run a logical simulation, I get a photo-like display. What should I do?
OS is windows 10
Quartus is 20.1.

Hi Daiki,
The error message indicate you did not setup your license file properly. You should refer to link below on how to setup license using environment variable.
