can't open the QUARTUSII help menu->index and search

I can't open my software QUARTUSII help menu->index and search,once do that QUARTUSII would be stuck at that state(it keeps busy do not move),when i turn off (javascript:void(0)) the window then the QUARTUSII also would be shut down automatially.why is that ?
