Can't open Clock Control--Quartus II 13.0 sp1--Cyclone V GT

Hi,

I have an issue with open Clock Control.

I'm already installation Quartus II 13.0 sp1, but I can't open Clock Control.

My FPGA is Cyclone V GT.

Can someone help me to fix it?

    Hi,


    The Clock Control GUI pop up successfully with web edition. Try to stick with web edition instead of subscription edition.
