Can't get new Quartus Web 5.0 license

I have tried for a while to get a new license for my Quartus Web Edition 5.0. I have filled out the form as usual and it says license file is coming within 24 hours but nothing arrives. I have done ...

Thanks for the reply.

This is for some old legacy FPGA projects that I have to recompile sometimes. I have a newer version of Quartus for my latest designs.

Newer software wants to change the format of the project files and I'm not sure they have the support for older devices.

I have updated the license many times in the past and I have always received the license file in my email.

This time, there is no email and I am a bit stuck.
