Can't download from Download Center using Windows 10.

I can't get past Agreement page for Quartus Prime Lite 20.1.1 using latest Chrome on Windows 10. I have disable Malwarebytes. Loader never appears or auto downloads.

I have been trying to download for several weeks. Does Intrel really want us to uses this software in university courses?

    Can download using newest Chrome and Edge but worked will with FireFox out of the box.
