Can't access anything in MegaWizard Plug-In Manager

I was hoping to use the MegaWizard to implement an FIR filter but when I open the tool there is nothing listed under IP MegaStore and it fails to update. I have tried using a different browser but no...

Hmmm, something seems amiss with the MegaWizard, when I launch it there doesn't seem to be any installed plug-ins. I am using a Cyclone II eval board and was really hoping to implement (easily) an FIR filter.
