Cannot get Legacy License for Quartus II 7.2

I try to get a legacy license for Quartus II version 7.2 through page https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/get-legacy-license. When I enter the NIC ID I get the following message: "error Sorry, 0EDD24269EB8 Invalid computer ID". How can I enter a NIC ID? Or is there another way to get a free license for legacy Quartus II?
