Cannot get a license

Hello,

I'm trying to get a licence for Questa-Intel FPGA Starter Edition through SSLC but when I go to "Sign up for Evaluation or Free licenses" I get the message "No products available to sign up". How do I proceed?

    Welcome to Intel forum. No problem from our side. Could you help clear your web browsers cache/temporary internet files (if possible, shutdown your PC and restart back) and sign back to SSLC https://licensing.intel.com/ using Google chrome and see how things go.

      i tried using a different browser, and the sslc webste kept on looping and reloading. i request intel to please solve the issue
