Cannot download Quartus Prime Lite

I cannot download Quartus Prime Lite edition. Clicking on the download links does not do anything. I need to download Quartus Prime Lite, ModelSim-Intel FPGA edition, Cyclone V device Support, MAX II MAX V device support

    Can you let me know which version of Quartus Prime Lite you want to install?
