Cannot add files on HDL tab of New Component window in SOPC Builder

Open the SOPC builder. Under System Contents Tab choose File->'New Component'. Click on the HDL files tab. Click "Add..." button. At this point, nothing appears, nothing happens, can't add an HDL file.

Anyone have any ideas??
