Byteblaster To Byteblastermv

Can I Use Byteblaster To Program A Cyclone Device With Jtag Or Ps Protocol If I Only Change The 74ls244 Buffer With 74hc244?

    Yes, if it works with 3.3V. Old ByteBlaster (before ByteBlaster II) can't program AS memory, however.
