Bugreport : Programmer window is stuck

[Quartus2 Version 9.0 Build 132 on WinXP SP2] The project is compiled, the programmer window is started, no programmer assigned, I click the hardware setup button and quartus freezes. I have to kill ...

Ah. That would be rather counter experience with MS. Sorry for appearing trustless, you just guess the service pack could make a difference or you're certain that this solves the problem ?
