Bug when saving Verilog HDl design

I am using Quartus Prime Lite v21.1 After creating a project, I open a new Verilog HDL design. When trying to save the design, Quartus closes and nothing is saved. Is there a bug in the program? If...

It sounds like there's something wrong with your Quartus installation. I'd uninstall and reinstall.

I already tried that and it still did not work. However, after exploring this forum I found out that Quartus Prime does not yet run on Windows 11, which I am using.
