Booting nios 2 on Cylone III from EPCQ

Hi everyone! I'm Tan. I'm using Cylone III EP3C25Q240C8N on my own board. I'm trying to boot nios 2 on EP3C25Q240C8N from EPCQ16 but it hasn't done. Can you tell me that Cyclone 3 can boot nios...

Thank you for posting in Intel community forum, hope this message find you well and apologies for the delayed in response.
Unfortunately as we are unsure what custom board are being used we will still try out best to guide you here.
As for the clarification, would recommend to look into the guide here as it explain how it can be done.
