avoid generation of soc_system_arm_hps_io_border.sdc

How can I avoid that Qsys automatically generates "soc_system_arm_hps_io_border.sdc" and adds it to the project (QIP)?

Reason: While generating the file Qsys ignores the user-names of the ports and uses the dafault qsys-names (bug in Qsys)

So the .sdc ist completely functionless and produces loads of warnings.
