avalon-MM interface to AXI interface interconnect

I am new to Quartus & Qsys. I generated the DDR3 SDRAM with Avlon-MM slave interface. I have a requirement to connect this interface to AXI master interface. Please let me know how to make this happen.

DDR3 Avalon-mm Slave --> |????? |--> AXI master interface. Which Interconnect IPs from Qsys i should use to make this interface conversion happen.
