autoload .sof in programmer (Quartus II 14.0)

I totally forgot about this thread. Recently I got it working, but you'll have to build a project in the system builder. I find this a bit unwieldy so I normally don't use this, but when using that it works. I have not tried if it copies if I copy the projectsettings.
