autoload .sof in programmer (Quartus II 14.0)

Hi Pieter

I had the same problem and it is really annoying, since it also permanently ask to save the "new" cdf file. My mistake was to save my cdf file in a subfolder (output_files, seems to be the default location!?). I solved the problem by saving the cdf file in the same folder as the project file is.
