Approval to download Quartus Software

Hello, I haven't received the approval email to download the Quartus software. I would appreciate, if someone can look into it. Regards, Mohan

Thank you. The license page says, I can re-seat this license 3 times. When I activate the license, it is saying that I can have the license on 2 more computers with the same user name. If I activate it on 3 computers, it will not affect the number of times I can re-seat the license. Is this correct?
