Approval to download Quartus Software

Hello,

I haven't received the approval email to download the Quartus software. I would appreciate, if someone can look into it.

    Which version of Quartus do you want to download? Is this email for license? Can you confirm that you're not using DevCloud?

      We bought a Stratix 10 development kit from DigiKey. There is an ARM license with a serial number in the kit. I need Quartus prime software. Does the kit include license for this?

    Hi,


    You can download whichever version of Quartus from here: https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/


    Only the Pro editions support Stratix 10 so you would need to buy the license for the software. The license you mentioned is not for the Quartus software. You can request to create a license here: https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html

      I believe the development kit comes with a 1 year license of Quartus prime pro. How do I access that?

    It is not finding the serial number - 10SLTSoC0000944. I tried the other 2 numbers too - 99A754
    TWJC0AG201. I have attached a picture of the side label from the development kit box

    By the way it's not a good idea to share the serial number on this public forum. Someone might take your license as their own.
