Honored Contributor --- Quote Start --- - Is there an aocl sdk trial license or something like that? - I have not the board yet. Does aocl sdk provide a simulator tool in order to execute some programs without the board? --- Quote End --- - Yes, there is a trial license but does not allow you to compile. - Yes there is a simulator (look at Emulating and Debugging Your OpenCL Kernel in the AOCL programming guide); but, for what I know, in order to use the aoc you need a valid license or you will get an error like aoc: can't find a valid license for the altera sdk for opencl.
