aocl program fails with error code -2

Hi I am trying to get OpenVino working with Intel FPGA. In one of the steps listed in https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/openvino-install-linux-fpga. I am supposed to run following command....

I think the issue was 0-8-1_rc_fp11_16x32_arch17.aocx is for Arria 10 accelerator card and i am using arria 10 gx dev kit. It works fine with arria 10 gx dev kit binary.
