aocl program fails with error code -2

Hi I am trying to get OpenVino working with Intel FPGA. In one of the steps listed in https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/openvino-install-linux-fpga. I am supposed to run following command....

Have you set up your board correctly and made sure that the diagnose test passes?
