AOCL Diagnostic problem: cannot find the upstream slot

I have a problem with using DE5_NET board. Afted installation Quartus, AOCL SDK, BSP and setting Env variables i try diagnose board.

Driver set up correct. When i try program or flash board i get screen of death...

My OS - winows server 2012 R2.
