altsqrt wizard fails to generate .qip file

I sellect the altsqrt wizard, set the parameters and finish. Wizard seems to complete without warnings but ther is no .qip file and there is a .cnxerr (error log) file. Any ideas what is going on?

    To help us understand the problem better, are you able to provide what are the parameters set, and also in which steps does the failure mention?
