Altera Max10 FPGA (10M02SCU169C8G) and internal oscillator. How to use it?

Hi, I'm new to FPGA and I'm trying to use the Max 10 FPGA in a project and I'm trying to find a simple solution to use the internal oscillator that is available in MAX 10 device.

My setup is Altera Quartus Prime Lite 16.0 and ModelSim 10.4d. I also observe there is no max10 device library for simulation.

Someone can please help on how to use/simulate this internal oscillator for clkout 55MHz. Appreciate if you can share the sample code with testbench in Verilog.
