altera_fp_functions ip about add,double format.when I simulate in modelsim,output of add ip is error at the latency >2. I test the ip in latency=1 is right .Why and how to solve it?

Hi,

What version of Quartus Prime are you using ?

Also can you make sure if the inputs you are providing is per the Float Point format as described in user guide ?
