Altera Classic e MAX+PLUS EPLDs

1) I have an urgent need to program the EP910LC44 and EPM7064LC44 EPLDs
My LP6 + LP-MPU programmer no longer works, can someone show me a solution?

2) I have requested licenses from Intel for the MAX + PLUS Baseline software (for hard disk) to be able to work on the project and also compile for other components.
The request was apparently successful, but I never received the licenses !!

Can I know how you request for the license? Do you received any email showing it is successfully processed?

For your information, you need a valid license to run the MAX+PLUS II software. However, MAX+PLUS II license is no longer available for purchase.

You may request a free license for MAX+PLUS II BASELINE software with limited feature.

Or you can purchase the Intel Quartus Prime license that includes a full feature of MAX+PLUS II software.
