I am looking for a tool that will convert AHDL (.tdf files) into verilog or vhdl. This is needed so that I can use previously created ip in modelsim simulations. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! --Jerry
Honored ContributorIf no one gives you a solution here, try a Google search. The first thing I found was http://www.hdlworks.com/products/ahdl2hdl/index.html. It's not free, but there is probably something free available.
Honored ContributorThanks Brad! I somehow missed that in my own Google search. 'Not free' is ok if it does the job so I now wait for a reply from that company. If this tool works well and no other options abound I'll post my findings here. Cheers!
Honored ContributorI believe that the Free Xilinx tools have a utility built in them for converting .tdf files into hdl code.
Might be useful.
