Access to the fpga license center

Hello, respondent.
This is Tanaka.

I changed the Intel account.
New account is hi-tanaka_wm@nec.com
And I can not access the fpga license center.

The URL of fpga licnese is
https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html

Let me can access a license center, please.
