About quartus 13.0sp version compilation error

I got this error during compilation as shown in the attached file, how can I solve the problem? All device tools that exist in the version have been installed. I've also tried reinstalling, but got the same problem. I would be very grateful if you could answer this question.

    First thing thing to try is delete the db and incremental_db directories from your project directory and recompile. The compilation databases could be corrupted.
