From 8.1. 3. Failure Rates:
May I consider MTTF of Cyclone 10 GX to be 200,000 hours?
Or will it be a condition?

Hi Satoshi,
- 200000 hours is for device with 5,000 FIT.
Depends on your design, You have to obtain FIT value from Quartus report.
check session 8.2.4.
