About HSMC voltage

Question

I have a Arria V GC starter kit and want control it by RS232.

I use the GPIO of HSMC Debug header.

My question is, the pin AJ10 and AH10 use 2.5V, and common RS232 is 3.3V.

I noticed that there are also 3.3V of power pin on HSMC.

Is it correct that I use HSMC Debug header to connect RS232?
