You first have to solve the problem with the driver not being compiled correctly. Unless that is done, aocl diagnose will not work. Kernel compilation is a whole different story and if you are getting compilation failure, that needs to be diagnosed in a different fashion.

Have you made sure your FPGA board is installed correctly? Have you programmed the FPGA using a pre-compiled OpenCL binary? The driver compilation log seems to state that it is unable to find your board.
