A question when trying to make the "GZIP project" in Visual Studio Code

Hi Failed to make the "GZIP project" in Visual Studio Code of Windows 10 as the images, please tell me where is problem and how can I solve it,thanks!

I downloaded the gzip projects from the Intel website as follow:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/documentation/get-started-with-intel-oneapi-hpc-windows/top/run-a-sample-project-with-vscode.html

but cannot run the make command successfully.
