A problem in Quartus 11.0 when clearing the bookmark(current)

When I excute the menu "Clear all bookmark (current)",Quartus 11.0 is always asking for my configration, but in other versions, such as Quartus 9.0, it is not asking for configration. Can someone help me to cancel the configration in Quartus 11.0, Thanks!
