125092 Tcl script file name_files.qip not found

I have created my project last week and then now I wanted to open it again.

then whever I try to open my project again by clicking over the name_giles.qip it shows me these two errors:

125092 Tcl script file name_files.qip not found

125063 set_global_assignment -name QIP_FILE name_files.qip

    To reopen a project, you select a .qpf file, not a .qip. A .qip lists the HDL files that make up an IP.
