12.1sp1_243_quartus_windows

v12.0sp1 is not working (not installing) whereas v12.1 is working well. Can you help?

Hello and thank you so much for the replies.

We did manage to install the version, but the tool simply crashes every time we choose any particular option, for instance adding a file etc. Is this a known issue and do we have a fix for this?
