.vo to .bench

Hi I am trying to convert the .vo file output by the eda netlist writer under custom timing settings to a .bench file format which consists of just AND OR NOT primitives. I am stuck because I am not able to find out information regarding the primitives such as lcell_comb and io_buff used in the .vo file output by eda netlist writer
